PARTNER QUOTE:
|
"At HPI we focus on providing a rewarding and challenging work
environment for our consultants. Our thought is that if we delight
our consultants, we, in turn, delight our clients. Evidently we are
doing it right. Through an employee survey for The Business
Journal, our employees' responses ranked us as one of the best
small businesses to work at for five years. And
according to a survey of all our clients, 100% responded that they
would choose to partner with HPI again and would recommend us to a
colleague." - Scott, HPI President |

HARBINGER PARTNERS HISTORY
Harbinger Partners, Inc. (HPI) was the brainstorm of Scott
Grausnick. Scott believed that everyone should have the opportunity
to own his or her own business, however he realized that not
everyone has the resources to start a business and become a
successful, independent entrepreneur. His goal was to create this
opportunity for others, while developing a profitable business that
he was passionate about. Using his background of IT consulting as a
foundation, Scott developed a unique business model, never used
before in the IT industry, and, in February 1999, opened HPI's doors.
The Model
HPI’s organizational structure allows for upward growth in the
company for existing and potential candidates. This structure
provides not only status elements, but also compensation
arrangements to reward significant contributions to the
organization. The levels are subcontractor, employee, partner, and
senior partner. Each status has its own set of guidelines and
compensation.
HPI’s Focus
HPI provides high quality technology consulting services to
businesses in the Twin Cities. It is based on the core areas of
enterprise application development, IT project management and
business analysis, QA
testing, and data warehousing.
